All About Red Light Therapy

What is Red/NIR light therapy?

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red & near-infrared light (NIR) to target our mitochondria (the powerhouse inside our cells) to increase ATP (cellular energy), increase blood flow & reduce inflammation.

What is the difference in Red
and NIR light therapy?

Red light therapy typically utilizes both red light (this is visible light in the 620-750 nm wavelength range) & NIR (which has a wavelength above 800 nm & isn’t visible to the naked eye). Near-infrared has the unique capability to penetrate deeper into the tissues.

Red/NIR light at Natural Drip

At Natural Drip, we use PlatinumLED’s exclusive patent-pending R+|NIR+ multi-wave spectral output to deliver the most advanced red light therapy available: Harnessing seven different red & infrared wavelengths of light for truly next level therapy.

Red/NIR light Benefits

  • Improved general well-being
  • Mitochondrial repair
  • Increased ATP production

ALL ABOUT HBOT

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy

WHAT IS HBOT?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive therapy that allows for oxygen to be breathed in at a higher pressure than normal. The increased pressure enables oxygen to dissolve into the bloodstream in order to nourish the body’s tissues, cells, muscles and organs.

HBOT BENEFITS

HBOT AT NATURAL DRIP

At Natural Drip, we use a soft-wall chamber from Summit to Sea. Our HBOT chamber reaches a pressure of 1.3 ATA or 4.4 PSI. Because our chamber does not reach 100% oxygen, you are able to wear any clothing you would like, though we do recommend shorts & short sleeve for maximum oxygen absorption through the skin. Each HBOT session is an hour long. During your session eel free to take a nap or enjoy entertainment from a book, phone, or tablet.

ALL ABOUT OZONE THERAPY

Ozone Sauna Therapy

What is Ozone Sauna Therapy?

Ozone Sauna Therapy increases the eliminative, detoxifying & cleansing capacity of the skin. Using the ozone steam sauna allows the steam to surround the body while humid heat opens the pores, allowing ozone to penetrate the skin into the bloodstream, where it can travel to the fat & lymph. Ozone then brings oxygen to the tissues for enhanced health & vitality.

Ozone Sauna Benefits

Ozone Sauna at Natural Drip

The Ozone Steam Sauna Cabinet by Promolife is a spa-grade steam cabinet that is used with medical grade ozone for transdermal ozone therapy. During the sauna, ozone levels begin to build up in concentration which creates a therapeutic effect on the body known as transdermal ozone therapy. During the session, your head will remain out of the cabinet.

ALL ABOUT COLD PLUNGE THERAPY

Cold Plunge Therapy

What is Cold Plunge Therapy?

Cold plunges, also known as cold water immersion, involve immersing oneself in cold water for a short period.  The water temperature is kept between 44 degrees to 50 degrees.  The length of immersion is 3 to 5 minutes. Some potential health benefits of cold plunges include: Improved Cardiovascular Health, Reduced Muscle Soreness, Enhanced Recovery, Boosted Immune System, Improved Mental Well-being, Increased Metabolism, Improve Sleep Quality, Reduce Pain, and Enhance Cognitive Function.

We also have an option to do the cold plunge along with our infrared sauna. Cold plunge and sauna therapy, also known as contrast therapy, involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures.

Benefits of Cold Plunge Therapy

The typical protocol for sauna contrast therapy involves starting with the heat from a sauna for 10-20 minutes, which increases circulation and relaxes muscles, before transitioning to a cold plunge or ice bath for 1-3 minutes to constrict blood vessels and reduce inflammation. This hot-then-cold sequence creates a beneficial “pumping” action in the circulatory system, boosting recovery and invigorating the body. You can repeat the cycle and should finish by resting and rehydrating.

Caution: It’s important to note that cold plunge and sauna therapy may not be suitable for everyone. People with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, low blood pressure, or pregnancy, should consult a healthcare professional before engaging in these activities. Additionally, it’s crucial to start gradually and listen to your body, as excessive exposure to hot or cold temperatures can be harmful.

At Natural Drip, our cold plunge is The Ultimate Human made by The Cold Life, which is partnered with Gary Brecka. This is a vertical cold plunge, which maximizes your session with improved breathing, enhanced circulation and recovery.

ALL ABOUT Negative Ion Rain

Negative Ion Rain

What is Negative Ion Rain therapy?

Negative Ion Rain Therapy delivers over 1.4 million negative ions in a single 30-minute session through advanced ionization technology. Designed to mimic the refreshing effects often experienced in nature, this therapy supports relaxation, respiratory health, healthy circulation, emotional well-being, and overall wellness.

Negative Ion Rain Therapy is typically recommended 1–2 times per week. For individuals seeking support with ongoing or chronic concerns, a series of sessions over 4–8 weeks may provide the greatest benefit.

Many individuals report experiencing positive effects after their first session, including a greater sense of relaxation, improved breathing, enhanced energy, and a greater overall feeling of well-being. Individual experiences and results may vary.

Contraindications

Presence of pacemaker, implanted electronic device & pregnancy

What is the difference between “Negative Ion Rain add-on” & “Negative Ion Rain stand-alone?”

At Natural Drip, we have two Negative Ion Rain therapy devices.

One device will remain in our IV infusion room. The device will be placed over your head while sitting in an infusion chair to allow the ions to travel throughout the entire body. It can be used during an IV infusion or even after another service. It will be available as “Negative Ion Rain add-on” when booking online.

Our second Negative Ion Rain therapy device will be in a private room. It will be available as “Negative Ion Rain stand-alone” when booking online. During this therapy, you will sit or recline on a massage/aesthetics table. In this way, you are able to adjust the device over specific regions of the body (abdomen, knee, back, breasts, etc). Some patients report greater benefits when positioning the device over specific regions of the body, such as placing the device over the knee if experiencing knee pain.

ALL ABOUT INNER Pelvic Pulse

Inner Pelvic Pulse Therapy

What is INNER Pelvic pulse

INNER Pelvic Pulse uses advanced electromagnetic stimulation technology to strengthen and rehabilitate the pelvic floor. By generating gentle, involuntary muscle contractions, the system helps improve muscle strength, coordination, and endurance in areas that are often difficult to engage through traditional exercises alone.

The electromagnetic energy penetrates deep into the pelvic floor, activating muscle fibers that may not be easily recruited voluntarily. This targeted stimulation helps accelerate muscle conditioning and can produce measurable improvements in a shorter period of time than conventional pelvic floor training.

Contraindications

Presence of pacemaker, implanted electrical medical devices, pregnancy or active pelvic infection. Menstruating patients may experience heavier bleeding temporarily post therapy, but it is not a contraindication.

INNER Pelvic Pulse is designed to support bladder control, postpartum recovery, core stability, sexual function, and age-related pelvic floor concerns, helping both men and women improve confidence, comfort, and quality of life.

At Natural Drip, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Treatments are comfortable, non-invasive, and require no preparation or recovery time. Patients remain fully clothed and simply sit comfortably for 30 minutes while the system delivers over 11,000 Kegel-type contractions per session. Maintenance sessions are recommended a couple times a year.
